2015-01-15
Gelato
Setting itself apart from its sister company, Earle Swensen’s has gone through a major revamp to serve up arguably the best gelato around. Now, with 17 spanking new flavours on the menu, they have also introduced a couple of delightful gelato dessert creations. Delectable Dessert Creations
Banana Split
Savour original creations such as Joy in a Jar ($13.90) – a jar with a delicious chocolate brownie, topped with vanilla, thin mint ice cream, whipped cream and a cherry. The jar is also filled with fresh cut fruits such as strawberries and bananas. Why Gelato?
Fondue
Gelato is a healthier version of ice cream with lesser fat content. Gelato also uses more premium ingredients and the gelatos served at Earle Swensen’s are all freshly made. Since gelato is fast-gaining popularity here in Singapore, they have decided to serve only gelato with flavours crafted specially by a gelato specialist. Must-try Flavours
Maple Banana
Durian – A familiar favourite amongst most Singaporeans, this tastes just like the real deal because of its creamy smooth texture and use of fresh D24 durian. Cheese Cookies – If you are a big fan of Oreo Cheesecake, this flavour is the one for you. Think rich cream cheese, coupled with generous amounts of cookies. Available now at all Earle Swensen’s outlets.
