I love to have Min Jiang Kueh as a snack, which is a pancake with different fillings. The most common fillings are peanut, coconut and redbean. My favourite fillings are either peanut or coconut! As I had my lunch already, I was on the way back and happen to pass by this pancake stall which had quite a queue. I decided to buy 1 and have it awhile later. However, due to temptations, I just ate it on the spot! The pancake is supposedly made of oats but I couldn't taste it at all. The peanut filling is quite generous but tasted average and there are better ones elsewhere!

this pancake stall shuts very early but starts early too. very popular. there are quite a few flavours available. it's not cheap as it's small portion and very thin compared to all other places. supposed to have some oats in the batter, but we couldn't see or taste any oats whatsoever. the kaya and the peanut flavours are very good because it's fresh and hot. made on the spot, when eaten hot, is the best! very friendly, patient, polite service. highly recommended.

Vegetarian oats pancake specialist from Old Changi Airport Road food centre! They sell a variety of pancakes with different fillings like red bean, coconut, chocolate, peanut, cheese, lotus paste, pandan, salted bean and coffee. To be on the safe side, i've ordered the typical peanut pancake. Don't be fool by the outlook of the pancake i.e like a bit over toast because of the darker dough presented. It's surprisingly soft and tasty. Only setback to the overall taste is the peanut. Too hard. Or perhaps, it's due to the way it is being cooked in the vegetarian way. Nonetheless, I wont hesitate to buy for a light bite with the easy portion.
