Introduction
A playful nod to the ubiquitous Cantonese fried noodle dish popular at numerous Chinese restaurants in America, Chow Fun also alludes to ‘chow’ or food, that is fun to eat!
The eclectic-chic outlet serves up a menu of 18 different noodle small plates, as well as signature moreish snacks and novel desserts. Choices run the gamut from a refreshing chilled Ginger and Scallion rice noodles, Korean-inspired spicy Pork Belly Bibim Guksu, indulgent Bone Marrow, Lemon and Parmesan with spaghetti and a comforting creamy and aromatic Wild Mushroom and Truffle with penne (select noodles are also available in larger portions). Light bites and snacks that pair impeccably with a beer in hand includes Mom’s homemade white radish cake, Fish roe fish ball, Chicken skin and salted egg yolk and Furikake and bonito fries.
