Unpleasant Experience Dining At Buffet city

Bought my family to have the  International Cuisines and Hot Pot Buffet Lunch at Buffet City yesterday.  The restaurant is neat, clean and well-decorated.  However, the foods are terrible and not appetizing.  Food should be hot / warm so that it is nice but it is cold and hard.  Even the cut fruits have turned yellowish.  Thought of having a slice of the turkey to try out but saw that it is not well cooked and it is very cold. Bought my family to have the  International Cuisines and Hot Pot Buffet Lunch at Buffet City yesterday.  The restaurant is neat, clean and well-decorated.  However, the foods are terrible and not appetizing.  Food should be hot / warm so that it is nice but it is cold and hard.  Even the cut fruits have turned yellowish.  Thought of having a slice of the turkey to try out but saw that it is not well cooked and it is very cold. Very unpleasant experience dining at Buffet City.  I will never patronise Buffet City again.  Not value for money.  Even my helper said the food is not nice at all and after one round, she stopped eating.  We went there at 11.30am and were there until 2.30pm.  The restaurant is not even half filled up.  Only two tables are having the buffet.
