Sometimes, we have to accept it, I supposed. It was a bowl of clear soup bak ku teh with peppery taste. The strong pepper which I could accept as I have tried stronger than this bowl before. It has 5 pieces of pork ribs, considered generous portion, meat was tender and still chewable. Pig’s trotter with dark gravy, meat was braised till really soft and yet intact.

Overall taste wasn’t too bad but it was just an average bak ku teh and pig’s trotter.
