Brought a set of the hot stone combo set which includes a mixture of pork and chicken. The meat looks appealing, with a light brown colour, sesame seed sprinkle on top and bean sprout on the bottom. Two side dishes was also provided which is the kimchi and the ikan bilis. The kimchi was well made and prepared, not too spicy, crunchy texture and a nice and refreshing taste. The kimchi was well made and prepared, not too spicy, crunchy texture and a nice and refreshing taste. As for the ikan bilis, it has a mild sweet taste but the texture wise was soft and not crunchy. As for the meat, both the chicken and pork was well sliced, well marinated, not too bland nor too salty, soft and very tender texture. The chili paste provided has a mild spicy and sweet taste and goes well with the meat. As for the rice, it was well cooked, soft texture and not sticky.
