My dad order his grilled fish set and his chawanmushi came the first. I have always liked the silky and custard-liketexture of chawanmushi. Grilled fish was never my liking as I always thought that the fish meat would always be hard. I waswrong this time as the meat was rather tender and fragrant, without any hint of being burnt. My mum ordered this special ramen. The bowl was rather interesting as from the top view, we could not see the ramen atall. All we could see was a rather thick broth wit

all. All we could see was a rather thick broth with crab meat, spring onions, mushrooms and traces of oil. The noodles
were hidden at the base and it felt like eating ramen from a shark's fin soup. Both my brother and I order the black pig don set. Uncover the pile of eggs on top and you will be amazed by the quantity of black pig meat. The meat were thick and fragrant and coated by a casing of crispy flour. I really loved chewing the meat and it sure tasted better than the first time I had eaten black pig from another restaurant. At the end of the meal, each of us were given some complimentary slices of fruits and a warm cup of brown rice tea. The tea had an earthy flavour and it was said that it would aid in our digestion.
