My Pumpkin Rice ($1.50) that went with a bowl of Ginko Pork Tripe Pepper Soup ($5.50). The rice was really tasty by itself and I could have easily gobbled up 2 bowls. Traces of pumpkin and dried shrimps could be found in the rice. The soup was peppery and spicy! Perfect choice during a rainy day when you wanted to sweat it out. Traces of pumpkin and dried shrimps could be found in the rice. The soup was peppery and spicy! Perfect choice during a rainy day when you wanted to sweat it out. Those ingredients were definitely not my liking as I ordered it just for the peppery soup. They were too chewy and weird for me to handle! I tried dipping the ingredients into dark sauce and they tasted much better. Continuously dipping them made the dark sauce diluted as soup kept dripping in. I don't mind going back again to try out other soup variety. (A good news for soup lovers like me because the soup was refillable!)
