Duck porridge $3 I seldom tried duck porridge so decided to try one. The duck is tender and well braised, and the gravy is nice seasoned. Kuey chap $6 for two person portion
The kway chap is more to duck instead of pork base. I can't accept too much of pork intestine and the inner organs but for the duck intestine I am okay. Moreover there are quite a lot of duck meat given, so I don't eat too much of the inner thing. The braise gravy is recommended, very flavourful.
