FoodThrough words of mouth and social media, it seems like nam nam noodle bar is the talk of the town.I ordered a bowl of Pho Brisket , Stated P2 in the menu which costs me about $8.90. On top of that, we have ordered small plates Fresh southern rolls with sweet shrimps, egg, fresh herbs at $4.90. Wrapped up by moist rice paper with its kind of special sauce. It's delicious. Service & ambience
I have Queue for 20mins to get 4 seats on a saturday afternoon around 1pm. To refrain from waiting longer, we have agreed to take the bar counter liked seats. While we walked into the restaurant, we have to be very careful not to knock over onto someone meal has narrow aisles.
Just on top of the bar counter, there is a dish filled with sauces available for customers which is within their reach. What is common for vietnamese cuisine should be the Viet Fish Sauce. Luckily there is a hook under the bar table to hang our back packs. Since Im Sitting on top of the bar top, its a very good view as they have open kitchen concept. I can see the staff preparing the garnish and every bowl of pho. The beef are only cooked when they scooped the ladle of soup and placed them into the bowl. A very old school day kind of metal cup with modern kind of straw filled with Lime Soda at $3 makes my dinning experience so special. It's a fusion of olden and modern days. Take a look at its cup, with "xi" wording. Sounds so auspicious. The serviette has Nam Nam's logo printed on it. Soooo Cute. Price
Reasonably price as one bowl of noodle is very filling. Cheaper than 'Pho Hoa'.
Recommendations/Tips
(1) Take the bar counters if you want to avoid waiting longer.
(2) It mentioned that there is no MSG added, however I felt very thirsty after the meal.
