we walked past this place a few times on our way to Giant, and do see people dining in there. we were curious if the food was really as nice as it looks. the restaurant stated 118 dishes are available for order in its buffet.december is a season to eat play and be merry, so we decided to give this restaurant a try and see if it will become one of our fave japanese restaurant. we ordered sashimi, stir fry beef, tempura, california temaki, spicy avocado maki, yakitori (chicken, mushroom, bacon rol
december is a season to eat play and be merry, so we decided to give this restaurant a try and see if it will become one of our fave japanese restaurant. we ordered sashimi, stir fry beef, tempura, california temaki, spicy avocado maki, yakitori (chicken, mushroom, bacon roll), chawanmushi and chicken cutlet curry rice. the sushi rice tasted hard and not easy to chew (not sure if air got into the sushi rice without proper coverage..)the ingredients on the sushi, temakis werent as fresh as we thought it should be , since the chefs prepared them as and well its being ordered. overall, the buffet is nothing to be impressed with. if u want quantity over quality, this place might work fine for you.
in our case, the search for a yummy japanese buffet continues...
