There were 3 choices for Soup of The Day - Creamy Clam Chowder, Clear Vegetable Soup or Special Chinese Soup. It was really creamy and tasty.
One main dish was the Claypot Seafood Noodle - this contained a variety and lots of seafood and was a really big serving.
The other main dish - Chicken Chop with Chipolata Sausage- was not up to my expectations.
The chicken had not been marinated properly and the creamy sauce didnt go well with the chicken. The chicken had not been grilled well and the fries were a little soggy.
The fresh, boiled vegatables that came with the dish were good, especially the baby carrots.
For dessert, there was a choice of Pandan Cake, Watermelon or BeanCurd.
We chose watermelon, as we preferred something lighter.
After the chicken chop, the slice of watermelon was refreshing.
The set meal deals were indeed good, but I guess i had picked the wrong main dish.
Will try something local in the future...
