Back with more reviews and photos. This time I will review the Baby Jellyfish and Scallops from the Japanese Buffet. The Baby Jellyfish comes in a small portion in a bowl and it takes great pleasure to suck them out from the bowl at one go. It is soft and raw. The jellyfish ooz out the juice and taste within the mouth when you chew them. Definitely not for those who is not into raw cuisines. The Scallop is fresh and cremey. Not those cremey that makes you sick of out but with a soft taste just

The Baby Jellyfish comes in a small portion in a bowl and it takes great pleasure to suck them out from the bowl at one go. It is soft and raw. The jellyfish ooz out the juice and taste within the mouth when you chew them. Definitely not for those who is not into raw cuisines.
The Scallop is fresh and cremey. Not those cremey that makes you sick of out but with a soft taste just enough to enhance the freshness of the scallops. I will still go for it even if it is raw without any cream. =)
