Sliced BBQ PorkI absolutely love Bee Cheng Hiang's BBQ Pork! It's sweet and savory at the same time, and I love the once-in-awhile charred ends for it adds fragrance to the pork. In particular, I appreciate that Bee Cheng Hiang's BBQ pork is juicy, unlike the dry versions from some other brands. I usually go for the sliced meat instead of the minced meat because there is some texture to the bite, and feels more "whole".
