The fried oyster that day was disappointing!):The fried oyster appeared to be darker/blacker than usual and seems to be more dried.It is in small pieces and it tastes really dried and hard.It is not so bad when it is just served but when few minutes passed the plate of fried oyster became hard.Pretty obvious they overcooked it and some parts had the burned taste.The taste is lost and it is not as fragrant and delicious. It is in small pieces and it tastes really dried and hard.It is not so bad when it is just served but when few minutes passed the plate of fried oyster became hard.Pretty obvious they overcooked it and some parts had the burned taste.
The taste is lost and it is not as fragrant and delicious. I could also hardly taste the egg. The positive side is that the oyster is fresh and juicy. Hopefully it will be better the next time we try it. Service and pricing wise is satisfactory.(:
