The environment is abit of noisy as is located inside a coffee shop. My colleague and i was so excited to try out their Signature bak kut teh as we are wondering what is the difference between signature and normal. Our food arrived shortly after we order and the staff is polite and friendly in allowing us to take our time to think. The soup is fantastic as is still piping hot. The herbs that they use is strong and the pepper taste is great. What's more, there is three large pork ribs and to our surprise, the soup is refillable and is automatic. One staff will actually bring around a kettle and refill it for you once they notice your soup is running low. I can say that they have a good customer service attitude. Next, nothing special about Salted Vegetable, Peanuts, You Tiao and Preserved Veg with Braised Pork. As is just a normal can of peanuts which served in plate. The only thing i can suggest to them is to cut the braised meat into slices and mix it well with preserved vegetable. Overall experience is good and it certainly warms up our body after this meal and will strongly recommended to all my friends to give it a try.
Spent $21 for two pax lunch.
