So I decided to see how great the dim sum of the newly-opened koufu, and as such, ordered 2 of their siew mai, and a piece of carrot cake..The carrot cake was quite crispy on the outside, but lack taste seriously. It's quite bland and tasteless inside, and I have to dip it with chilli sauce before I can even finish it. The siew mai, on the other hand was much worthwhile. It's quite big for a siew mai, and has many ingredients in it, besides meat, which makes it quite tasty. A good choice for a s
