There was a popular Korean western food restaurant at Tampines One.

When I was window shopping there, my friend and I went in to this BBQ Chicken restaurant to have a try. The service was prompt and food came in a short while after ordering.

Since it was a Korean restaurant, I had decided to order a Korean flavoured chicken in the menu, Korean Traditional Charboiled with Olive Rice.

The chicken meat had heavy grilled aroma, upon tasting the chicken, it was more of burnt than grilled taste on the skin. The meat was tender and juicy with some herb marinate but the burnt taste covered most of the marinate taste.

The olive rice was disappointing. It did not use Korean pearl rice, instead uses white rice which was soft and lumped together.

Overall, the food taste average and was a little disappointed that the chicken meat was grilled until burnt.
