Decided to get some of my favourite Beancurd Skin rolls at Ho Kee Pau but the stall only left one piece so I ordered a Beancurd Chives roll. The Beancurd Skin roll was slightly better, with little prawns and meat in it. Quite crunchy with the fried beancurd skin.
