They are opened at evening, usually we have to wait for quite some time before we are served with a fresh and hot plate of Fried Kuay Teow. The taste of it is nice with pork lard in it... but the fragrant ( wok hei) is still a bit lacking, it slightly watery, the ingredients taste fresh and good. I still prefer the famous fried kuay teow at zion riverside food centre.. They have more fragrant, and can customise, asked for more dak sauce or make it white, without any dark sauce.
