I had the privillage to attend a media tasting at Royal mail to indulge in some of the best cocktails and bar grub. Favorite drink was 'apple of my eye' martini and prime beef as a bite. Prime rib must try! It offers a wide variety of bites such as fries with truffle mayo, meat balls and more. This showcase the chefs’ finesse and flair in pairing food and drinks. Most of them goes perfectly well together.The Happy Hour deals changes daily with a wide selection of drinks to pick from. The Royal Mail focuses on working the taste-buds of guests and prices are easy on your wallet. This is probably my first review on a bar and never knew complementing cocktails and prime rib (Best Prime Rib in SG as suggested by @ladyironchef) goes perfectly well. I'd definitely be back.
