This stall offers a wide range of Japanese food. I have chosen the chicken cutlet rice set which comes with a salad, as well as the miso soup. The chicken cutlet was well cooked, has a crispy skin and the chicken has a tender texture. Although the chicken cutlet is being deep fried, it does not taste oily. The mayo sauce goes very well with the chicken cutlet. As for the salad, it has a very crunchy texture, very refreshing salad. Lastly, I think that the miso soup is a little too salty for me.
