In coincidence, this stall was featured on one of the food recommendation show on channel 8. Although this plate of Kuay tiao is quite unhealthy, it is good that we eat in moderation. Taste wise was up to standard, with the use of the dark soy sauce and other seasonings to bring out the flavour of the Kuay tiao. The amount of seasoning used was just nice as the taste of the Kuay tiao was not too bland or too salty. Fresh cockles are used to further enhance the taste. Apart from cockles, it also includes other ingredients such as the sliced fish cake, bean sprout as well as the chinese sausage. Overall quite a good plate of Kuay tiao from this stall and pricing wise is also quite reasonable.
