After shopping at Westgate, I wanted to buy some snacks for supper. I came across this rojak stall in the foodcourt. The storefront looked attrative with a small lorry vehicle.

I ordered the Apa Rojak at $4. The wait was about 5-10 minutes as the Rojak was freshly prepared. The ingredients like taupok and fritters were freshly toasted.

The Rojak had a heavy aroma of penang style prawn paste. I liked the fishy smell but my mother said it was too heavy. The taste of the Rojak did not have such heavy prawn taste, instead it was a bit sourish. I saw the stall holder squeeze a whole lime into the Rojak when mixing.

I liked this Rojak, it had different mouthfeel. There were crispiness from the taupok and fritters. There were also refreshing and juicy crunch from the green apple, cucumber and buang kwang.

Overall, although the price was slightly high for a plate of Rojak, the taste was quite good.
