First impression counts and the the sandwich  was a real treat. The bread was a tad tough (due to its nature) but very flavorful. It complements that made from scratch korean fried chicken. Found out that the Daily Press makes their own kimchi, marinates the chicken in it and bakes the chicken with crumbs. All these work just that we can savour this dish on our table.
