Yum Cha provides a convenient Chinese New Year dishes for delivery. The delivery comes with a heater bag to keep the food warm. I had the great opportunity to taste the best of the CNY dishes. There were 5 CNY dishes :1) Salmon Yu ShengThe salmon was fresh. Home-made sauce was slightly sour. It had many unique ingredients including jellyfish and pomelo.2) Roasted ChickenThe chicken skin was crispy and the meat tender. The Thai sweet chilli sauce was a nice condiment to the chicken.3) Braised Pig
1) Salmon Yu Sheng
The salmon was fresh. Home-made sauce was slightly sour. It had many unique ingredients including jellyfish and pomelo.

The chicken skin was crispy and the meat tender. The Thai sweet chilli sauce was a nice condiment to the chicken.
3) Braised Pig's Trotter with Fatt Choy
The pork was tender and well-marinated. I love the black moss. Soft and tasty.
4) Fried rice with chinese sausage in Lotus leaf
It was crispy claypot-styled fragrant rice. The sausage was finely cutted to enhanced the flavour of the rice.
5) Suckling Piglet
This was the best CNY dish! The skin was hard and crispy like a cracker but not oily. I came back for seconds just for the skin. The meat was tender and tasty. I don't like pork but I can't resist a suckling pig!
