The Spicy Hot Wings was a modified version as we requested to have it done without spiciness for the kid, therefore the chilli was separated out. Fried to golden brown perfection, these chicken wings were not too bad as an appetizer.
Spicy Hot Wings - $8.90
Texture of spaghetti was cooked to our expectations with amount of spicy tomato sauce consistently covering up the pasta. Ingredients of the dish includes green mussels, prawns and calamari.
Spicy Marinara Spaghetti - $17.90
The thin crust pizza was nicely done up with shitake mushrooms drizzled with sweet savoury Hosin Sauce and generous amount of crispy spring roll. The amount of crispy spring roll on the pizza reminds me of the crackers we have from the Crackers on top of the Yu Sheng we had.
Smoked Duck Pizza - $16.90
As much as I like Smoked Duck Pizza, the duck was kind of dry and lacking of flavours. Other than that, it will be perfect if the base of the pizza is thinner.
Under the Batter and Biscuits, we ordered the recommended Waffles that come with a choice of ice cream and a choice of fresh fruits. We chose macadamia out of strawberry, mocha almond, double chocolate, rum and rasins and vanilla while we have strawberries out of banana or apple. We only came to realize that the waffles machine was not working normally when we feedback that the waffles tasted abit beyond expectations. Nevermind about that, we will be back for this!
Wacky Waffles - $13.90
Service was friendly and most importantly the place was child friendly, suitable for meet up session with my friend. They have attractive promotional items on the weekdays menu and if you are looking for a not so crowded place to dine during a weekday night, Toby Estate is a good place to enjoy your dinner or desserts.
