Having know about Tsukiji fish market in Japan and fresh Salmon or tempura set will be in your mind. But this restaurant situate at Orchard Central 12 floor ( Roof TOP ). It is newly in operation. The place is cool and modern furniture which look spacious. Ordered their signature Tsukiji special Bara Chirashi Don set and Salmon Ikura Don set. Ordered their signature Tsukiji special Bara Chirashi Don set and Salmon Ikura Don set. The chefs will Japanese member possibly for this place. The Bara Chirashi served with rice and Miso soup too. It is perfect with some vegetables salad as side dish. The fresh Salmon mixture of colours was already melt your heart. Cut in small piece for easy biting. The topping comes with cut pieces of Tobiko ( Fish eggs ) , Maguro ( Tuna) , egg piece etc. Detail can refer to picture.
Overall experience is very good. Will try their termpura set when have another opportunity.
