I am here ALMOST EVERYDAY cus i work nearby. Their pastas and pizzas taste great for the PAST 4months that I can remember.. Everything is great including sauces, pasta, pizza, soup, etc.HOWEVER, lately about 1 week ago i realised a dramatic change. I think probably a change in chef? Cus items like tomato base pasta and the pizza all taste very different. Like the chef sleeping or wadd? The tomato sauce for pasta is soooo watery and no flavor. Previously i could finish one whole plate of pasta easily.... Yesterdae when i went, all i had was just a few spoonfuls and i left.I really hope the chef comes back or i will NOT RETURN FOR SURE!!! ~peace

To have an affordable and convenient meal, I came to food court. My impression towards Food Republic was good, hygiene and comfortable environment provided, always. I opted to Italian-Western Pasta stall, extensive choices in their Menu, quite surprisingly. No queue upon my arrival, thus the waiting time was short. It was a dish mainly based on Egg Yolks, Cheese, Bacons and Ham. Creamy fantastic with a bite, pasta was milky rich after I stirred up all together. Salivated over the fatty meat, it was chewy and salty. The portion was sufficient, not too heavy but very filling. $6.50, I can say their specialty pasta was done well and worth the price.

mushroom soup with garlic bread $2.50the garlic bread was served warm and the edges were rather crisp. i wish that the spread of garlic was thicker though. The mushroom soup on the other hand was a disappointment. It was less than warm and it tasted rather instant. the portion was quite miserable too and I don't think it's worth getting even though it's quite affordable.

A set that comes with Carbonara and a garlic bread: $6.50I wanted to order a different type of spaghetti (I think was the salmon and mushroom spaghetti) that was on the menu but the staff told me that it was not available. I was only able to choose from 4 different types of spaghetti that was available, even though they had more on the menu. Most of the items are not available In the end, I ordered the Carbonara. I was given a buzzer and was told to go back and wait. I think this technology is good as the buzzer will vibrate once your order is ready. You do not have to stand and wait for a long time. I waited about 5 minutes before the buzzer buzz. For carbonara, what is important is the cream sauce. Their sauce is not thick and creamy enough, it seems that the sauce and the spaghetti does not blend in together. The sauce is quite watery. However, they do give a lot of bacon, but i would prefer the sauce to be much thicker and creamier.

I was here at 11am so there weren't too many people. mainly tourists and people who work around the area probably. We ordered the Fish And Chips. The staff was friendly, but the fish and chips took 20 minutes understandably I assume to start the heat on the deep fryer. It was worth the wait! The oil is definitely fresh since I think I'm the first customer eventually leading people who walked past my table to order the same and got their fish'n'chips at a much faster speed. Fish was fresh and soft inside, crispy golden brown out. The chips too. Coleslaw was refreshing and perfect companion to the dish overall. Great presentation making it visually appealing.
