Signature Dishes
Auntie was very very nice and we sat down n waited for our food. The place seemed to be quite popular with people who were dining on the seafood and western too. I expected a long wait but the food came in less than 10 minutes. I immediately dug into the fish(white dory) which was so light, crispy, crunchy(thanks to the biscuit) and the portion is quite big for. about the size of my palm. I loved the biscuit batter so much i attacked the fish flesh first before eating the outer part of it. the chicken was good too. Tender chicken thigh with skin too. i carefully peeled off the skin and put it at one side to be devoured later. its really different from the usual breaded chicken cutlet wich can be quite jerlakking at times. I love that it comes with mayonaise cos i prefer it over tartar. Fries were nice too. they use the crinkled fried and fried it to my favourite crispy perfection. bread was alrite. though mayb it would be nice if they toasted it a bit and maybe added chopped garlic. but still i liked it.

Located just opposite another stall with almost the exact same menu, competition is really there. I had a plate of fried chicken with some butter rice. The rice tasted rather average, nothing special, a little too soft for my liking. The chicken was nice and crispy, not to mention, tender too. The meat was not too dry, with the right amount of moisture….or should I say oil.

i love the western food at this stall at golden mile food centre. the chicken chop is like totally delicious. as this food centre is quite big, there are a couple of western stalls. i have tried most of them but this is the best. the chicken is very juicy and tender. i simply love the gravy they drizzle on top of the chicken. the fries are totally good too. golden brown and crispy on the outside while the inside is soft and smooth. totally delicious! i recommend this western stall!

Western food is really expensive nowadays, in restaurants, foodcourt, etc.... However, how many of them are worth the value? The answer is not many. If you are looking for a fulling, delicious and worthy meal, Happy Western Grill is the way to go. For just $3.50, there are a total of six items on your plate!!! The fried rice was delicious, not too oily or dry, the chicken was juicy and topped with a brown sauce which was really really good. I can't wait to go back there and eat again.

There's another western stall opposite this. But this is hell lot better! The uncle is nice too! He's cooking and ordering everything on his own. So please be patient or you can peek inside to order your orders! I love his grilled fish and lamp chop. The lamp chop is often sold out though. It is very aromatic and tender. Though some parts it's kinda difficult to chew and swallow but it is still fresh and tasty! Comes together with baked beans, fries and salad. The sauce is very fragrant too
