I have dined here since a year back as I live just around the area. I feel that the choices of food are all really basic and quite alot as they are just a small shop. It really has all the korean taste I want. The kimchi tastes good and they have the korean sauces. The waiter and waitresses are really friendly and nice. Although it did raise price slightly, I used to go when it was $20 per person. Now it's $22 per person, it was because after their renovation. I really don't mind.A little heads up, because they do not have those ventilation to suck the smoke from the bbq. You will stink off bbq badly after that. But what's a bit of stinky you over good food and service? I have never waited more than 5 mins for a table before out of all that 10+ times I've been there. It might be due to that I come early about 5pm everytime. So depends I recommended to all my friends and they really love it too! Would love to go back again!

Had a lovely barbecued buffet dinner with my fellow colleagues after work in this restaurant. hiding at one far end of Tanjong Pagar, is not really that easy to locate this restaurant. Service was quite friendly and prompt and the tables are clean and neat. This restaurant is quite cooling and spacious enough. enjoyed the marinated chilli chicken meat which is very tender and juicy, and quite spicy as well. Prawns are very fresh and crunchy and to cooked with the butter provided here, is definitely delicious and flavourful. Per person spent around $20 which is cheap and affordable.

KOREAN BBQ! I recently went to Tanjong Pagar for a korean bbq fix; I was hoping that 2 Day 1 Night would miraculously be empty at 6pm on a Saturday night, silly me. In the end, my friend and I ended up at His.tori, another Korean BBQ place just a few doors down. I am traditionally suspicious of new things, and His.tori was no exception. Having only been to 2 Day 1 Night, I was worried that this new place would disappoint me. Moreover, the service staff that greeted me was, horror of horrors, not Korean! LOL anyway after we settled down, I went to check out the buffet spread. The spread was similar in layout and content to that of other Korean BBQ restaurants, and was overall quite acceptable and tasty. However, I felt that the pork belly at His.tori wasn't as good as other places ie. 2 Day 1 Night, as it was still very frozen even as it was on display, and the frozen food taste was quite strong. Also, they don't have the cold barley drink that I really like; I find that it helps to cleanse my palate after all the meat. While there were minor disappointments, on the whole the meal was quite satisfactory indeed, and it is slightly cheaper as well I think, at $24 per person for dinner. I left smelling slightly of BBQ, stuffed to the brim, and rather happy.

There are many Korean BBQ restaurants lined along the entire Tanjong Pagar Road. Besides Korean BBQ Restaurants, there are also many bridal shops and nightlife pubs. I decided to try His.tori for my Korean BBQ meal one day. Upon entering, I realized they have TVs playing K-Pop MVs and K-Pop music. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will constantly changing the foil once it's burnt/dirty. There's a decent variety of meat from beef/pork and prawns that taste fresh. In my opinion, it's not perfectly marinated, but the rest of how well it's cooked depends on your BBQ-ing skills! Tips: (1) Try to pair it off with a few pieces of onions to taste. (2) There's ice-cream in limited flavours as well, but it's better than nothing! I enjoyed my dining experience here and will return!

I bought this from some deal website $30.80 for 2 which was quite cheap. Everything here is self service, they have a lot of choice to choose from & also free flow of drinks, ice-cream, pudding and other desserts ,tons of meat, chicken, etc. We tried almost all kind of food, but find that is just ok, not very well marinated. But i like the concept of putting foil while bbq, like that is more healthy, cause when i'm having bbq at Rocku Yakiniku, they never put foil, so when oil drop in, it will cause fire, but at least with foil I feel more safe & not so heaty. Service is good, they keep come & change our foil once it is dirty.
