每一次黎新加坡都一定要黎呢度食蟹-米粉蟹。龍海鮮螃蟹王，我係由它未出名食到出名， 到今次嚟先知原來已經改咗名喇! 不過砂煲磅蟹米粉湯仍然有保證。食米粉蟹建議先預訂蟹，一定要乸，因為蟹比較大隻，多肉美味。麥片蝦麥片個味道特別，我懷疑加咗麥維他消化餅的碎，不但有食麥皮的口感，甜味亦似菠蘿包的酥皮味道，廚司煮到保留左麥片的水份，唔會太乾，但又會有脆的感覺。餐牌上面呢一個荔蓉帶子有個皇冠(推薦菜)， 我覺得又唔係必食囉! 首先荔蓉應該加咗啲薯仔和芝士溝埋，因為荔蓉唔係紫色，系黃黃地色，皮炸得脆，但主角帶子卻太細粒，帶子煮得老左。桔仔水要咗冇冰，成杯都酸酸甜甜，只係去到底就比較甜，好解渴。 continue reading
