I was at Citysquare Mall to catch B.A.P fanmeeting. Before the event began, I had my dinner at Food Republic. I felt like eating Korean food since I would see Kpop group that time hehe . The place was so packed, even some B.A.P fans were crowding the place and they settled their own spot (which was still in the Food Republic area) to see the fanmeeting.Tender Beef Rice - $4.30. The beef was so tender, well-seasoned and it tasted like a mix between Japanese beef teriyaki and Korean bulgogi. Came with sesame seeds, which added a popping sensation in your mouth while eating it. Portion wise, it was generous though. For $4, I think it's worth it for nice Korean food. continue reading

Quiet and not too crowded shopping experience can be obtained at City Square Shopping mall.  Even dine-in here is also very peaceful too.  After a long walk shopping here, I have settled down in this foodcourt with this Kimchi noodles from this Korean food stall.  Priced at $6.50 is consider reasonable.  The portion was really generous and before you taste it, you can really smell the goodness and fragrant from the spicy kimchi soup base.Noodles are chewy and portion is quite alot.  Enjoyed the generous portion of crunchy fresh vegetables, carrots and beansprouts inside this dish, so nutritious!  Soupbase is super spicy but for me who love spicy food, this is definitely suitable for me.  Counter lady is friendly and smily when serving me.  The stall is small and squeezy, but is still clean and tidy. continue reading

This place is huge, but a little empty due to its location and probably doesn't compare well to major malls like Vivo City etc.It almost feels like eating in a library. There are crowds, but they're chatting softly maybe due to the size of this place, the voices would reverberate throughout. The rest are studying students or office workers on their laptops. The staff was fast in delivery upon payment.I ordered the Kimchi Pork from this stall. The rice portion was generous, pork was tender and flavourful. Cabbage soup was light and refreshing. Overall the dish was well presented and pretty to look at. continue reading
