Signature Dishes
Mak's Place is my go-to place if i want to have the cereal squid. I can;t find any other Halal restaurant that serves Cereal Squid / Cereal Prawns as nice as theirs! In fact, i dare say it's their signature dish. Don't expect tip-top service though, since it's just a coffeeshop style but the boss is really a nice guy who will come by and say hello and ask if everything is ok. The filipino waitress are a bit black-faced though. Anothe rthing to try would be the Salted Egg Crab. Really nice and creamy! Their porridge is not bad too!
