The FoodI ordered a small plate of Oyster Omelette at $4. The Fried Oyster Omelette is delicious as the crust is thin and crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The eggs are evenly fried till very crispy and the oysters are all very fresh and mouth watering! The accompanying chilli sauce is a bit sour and not overly spicy and complements well with the oysters.The PriceReasonably priced at $4 with decent portionOverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this!

The fried oyster at Nam Heng is tastefully delicious. The oysters are indeed fresh and juicy. The eggs and starch are well mixed together and fried until very very crispy. The chilli sauce which i personally like, is not too spicy, and sourish really compliments well with the whole dish. One bad point is that it is too oily, seriously unhealthy, so try not to eat too often, sadly even with regular exercise does not help!

I am not a big fan of fried oyster omelette. But when my friend brought me to Nam Heng Fried Oyster, I totally got hooked! Their fried oyter is really good! The oysters are so fresh and the oyster omelette is not too oily and those that leave you pate all greasy. It’s really superb, you got to try it to know it!

The fried oyster at nam heng is to die for. The oysters are fat and juicy, the egg is well seasoned. However on the down side, there were quite little oysters and it was a little starchy. But the ultimate savior of the day is the chilli sauce. sourish and spicy, it taste completely heavenly. Makes the entire dish taste nicer.

Just located at the cross junction facing heartland mall, the coffeeshop looks rather run down. As the night falls, you'll tend to notice this place more from the smoke out of the frying wok!The fried oyster here is non-arguably one of the best in singapore.Oyster were big & fresh, it's a great combination with the crispy omelette.Fried oyster are only available at night. During the day time it only serve carrot cake.For health conscious people, do take note that they are quite generous with their oil. (That explains on the crispiness of the omelette).But if you are looking for your perfect plate of fried oyster, this is a place not to be missed.
