Signature Dishes
Skk ordered the Grilled Fillet of Fish with Salmon Mousse. At first, it was the first thing that caught my attention too, butluckily I changed my mind. The fish had a slight fishy smell and the flesh was not tender enough. We did not knowabout the mousse part until Skk pulled open the centre. (We did not read the menu thoroughly) The mousse was creamyand went well with the fillet. Surprisingly for a non-vegetables eater like Skk, finished up almost all the vegetables. Eitherthe vegetables were soaked with the sweet sauce that made him eat or, like me, eats vegetables only in more 'atas' place.As for me, I ordered the Xpresso Baby Pork Ribs, which was a recommended dish. I was a little reluctant to take ribs as Ithought that ribs would not be filling at all, but it turned out likewise. The ribs was well flavoured evenly, reeking of afragrant coffee and charred taste which I enjoyed. A slow food works well when you want to have a catching up sessionas you can slowly 'clean up' each rib bones individually (while your friend had to watch you after he finishes his food).The meat was also tender and not so stick-to-the-bone. My ribs also have a side serving of potato wedges and coleslaw and salad. The coleslaw was quite sour but still tolerable. The wedges were fragrant and tasted not too bad to me while Skk loved it so much that he kept praising it.

The cakes here are delicious and creamy. Just by looking at the appearance of the cake, you can see that the chefs have put in a lot of hard work to decorate the cake. Furthermore, they use fresh ingredients. the strawberry is very fresh and sweet. And, when you put the cakes into your mouth, the cakes seems o just melt in your mouth. Its simply delicious~ You should go try this awesome cake they have

at first, it looks very good. this huge macaron creation. but once you try it, it's not so good. the shell is not a french macaron shell. in fact, it is not sweet and is rather dry and powdery. the filling is very good. it's mango pureed with cream or something. but it's a bit too sweet. the colours are nice. i think the shells were left tasteless so that the sweet filling will not be too sweet as a whole confection. nice presentation. liked the filling and would have skipped eating the shell. service is efficient.

we had 2 coffee.. one is lychee macadamia latte and caramel hazelnut latte..both drink are yummy~bought their green tea macaroons in giant round shapes. Surprisingly it wasn't too bad. Nice!!Anyway the variety of the food dishes and the quiet and calm ambience at this outlet will definitely make me visit the restaurant again.

i had lunch at this place before meeting my friend for a movie sessionas i redeemed their voucher.. i tried their signature pork ribs.. it was big enough.. the sauce is coffee sauce.. mild sweet and tasty.. its not those watery sauce..ribs were soft enough.. i love their salad as it was refreshing~
