If you know the branch in Bugis is always pretty full during lunch hours, the Park mall is rather quiet on weekends but full with people working on weekdays.by the time know, that I've been on a noodle roll and I've been probably beaten out by now of noodles rightMore or less so, but it doesn't stop me from other noodle types!Seeing what looks good on the menu that is rarely tried out, the fried udon with seafood looks tantalizing enough for me to go ahead and place an order. I was expecting the chewy udon in return with again, fishball pieces here and there in sweet black sauce used to 'fry'.While a bowl on the table was cold, but mine was piping hot, certified it just has been cook out of the wok. Udon was not as chewy as expected, but the sauce was just right and the chilli given by them on request was pretty spicey! Portion was so-so in between and I was still hungry after that, but it should be OK for the rest, the seafood they gave was plentiful!
