Introduction
Ramen Hitoyoshi is a restaurant specialising in Tonkotsu ramen. Choose from three types of broth: Tonkotsu, Garlic Tonkotsu and Spicy Tonkotsu, and you can also opt for lighter/heavier broth, thin/thick noodles and softer harder/noodles. Apart from Ramen, there are also a couple of sides and Donburi.
