Rong Kee is located at the food court outside the mall and the area was rather dim. Roasted meat as well as char siew had the sweet gravy poured over them. The standard of roasted meat was fine but the rice was not really good. It was way too soft and was seen very mushy, lumping together. A plate of Char Siew Rice alone costs $3.50 and I find it more worthwhile to pay additional $0.50 more to get a plate of roasted meat with Char Siew rice.Cost: $4I would say that their roasted meat was better than average. It was juicy and comes with some crisp on its skin packed full of roasted smell while the noodles was quite ordinary.Cost: $4For Dumplings soup, there were only 5 visible dumplings which average out to $0.80 per shrimp dumplings. The fillings was quite ordinary wrapped with smooth wanton skin. However I had drank too much of the soup resulting thirst afterwards. Cost: $4

Refreshing dumpling soup for the price of $4.00.There were altogether seven pieces of reasonable sized dumplings. Each dumpling filled with pork, shrimps and even black fungus. Each crunchy bite of the dumpling filled with flavour.There was also a generous serving of fresh chye sim to go along with the soup.The broth for the dumpling is simply tasty.The sliced green chillies goes well with the combination.The dumplings are served either with rice or noodles.
