Introduction
Shabu EN features Japanese hot-pot in an ambience that combines modernity and simplicity.
The main feature of Shabu En is Kyushu Taki-Nabe. This is the FIRST Taki-Nabe in Singapore. In the pot, the luscious meat is layered over vegetables and laid around the Bonito soup centre.
Shabu En presents our Taki-Nabe with the Award-winning Japan No. 1 Miyazaki Wagyu and Iberico Black Pork. You can either have them both or, just one whole pot of Miyazaki Wagyu only. Lastly, end your meal with porridge cooked in the soup which absorbed the sweetness from the vegetables and essence of the meat.
