I tried the yong tau foo from this stall, it is pretty good, somehow they are popular for their special chilli sauce. I tried their chilli sauce nothing that spectacular but as compared to other yong tau foo stalls, it was indeed better. the sweet sauce is pretty good too, goes hand in hand with their chilli sauce. They have quite a lot of ingredients to choose from. All their ingredients tasted really fresh. The ngoh hiang is very juicy and fat, goes well with the sauces. They also have this mushroom fishcake, the fish cake is really soft and crunchy, very tasty too. They served the dry yong tau foo wth a bowl of soup, their soup is pretty tasty, not too salty I guess it goes well with the flavourful sauces. continue reading

Nothing but good old yong tau fu for the morning stomach. The ingredients are fresh, especially the mushroom with fishcake, very juicy! The special chilli does not really make this stall a must try but together with the sweet sauce, the mix is a good one. The chilli by itself, is not that spicy, so don’t worry about having a bad stomach to start your day at work. continue reading

Do note that operating hours start from as early as 7.30am-2pm.It's best to be there by 1.30pm, at times they sell out fast.Chilli wise it's not that special, I've tasted such chilli before, though it's indeed tasty. The blend of the sweet sauce and chilli is just right. Ngioh Hiam at this stall is not too bad too, a little dry at times but acceptable. Mushroom Fishcake is also a must try! Their soup is a plus as it's not too saltish and it's smooth to go down with. continue reading
