We had our family lunch at Astons Resorts World Sentosa, which is located not far from USS. I love how Astons Specialities' restaurants look 'atas', I'm sure first-timers will get surprised that the food comes at such humble prices.Iced Lemon Tea - $2.30I had finished 3/4 of this drink even before my meal was served, so I ordered another glass.Snapple - $3You should know how it tastes like I guess...Cream of Mushroom - $3.50Ala carte price is $3.50, but if your order spaghetti, soup of the day is included (on every visit, coincidentally (?) it has always been cream of mushroom). Bf dislikes mushroom, so this cup of soup went to me haha.Salmon Spaghetti - $9.90It was Dad's order, didn't manage to try. But I managed to capture the pic before he ate it lol.Spicy Chicken Spaghetti - $8.90Think they should change the name, since it's not spicy at all *confession of a non-spicy food eater*.Chargrill Chicken - $9.90with mac n cheese & french friesIntroducing my most favorite menu at Astons Specialities! The chicken was grilled to perfection with nice smokey aroma and delicious mushroom sauce. Their mac n cheese is also to die for, having this as side dish has now been a must. The fries, however, was nothing extraordinary.Hickory BBQ Chicken - $9.90with mac n cheese & french friesIt's almost the same with chargrilled one, but somehow the chicken was drier. Hence the name, in this dish the mushroom sauce is substituted with BBQ sauce which was too tangy in my opinion.Lemon Lime Chicken - $9.90with mac n cheese & onion ringsAgain, the chicken was quite identical to two menus mentioned above, with an addition of zesty lemon lime sauce. Hey, their onion rings was not bad!Crispy Fried Chicken - $9.90with tasty rice and french friesMom is predictable, she picked the safest option haha. The chicken, which was served with mayonnaise, was a little oily, but the size was hugeass (that's why it came with ellips instead of round plate)! I didn't try the rice, but I guessed it would taste like chicken rice.Overall, we had a nice meal at Astons. Went to Universal Studios Singapore with my friends during the holidays Then we decided to head over to Astons for dinner. I ordered a grilled fish with herbs with pasta salad and baked beans @ $6.90. Astons is considered quite cheap as all are nett prices, no gst or service charge The fish is soft and infused with the herbs, the pasta salad tasted great too! My friends ordered chicken chop and chicken cutlet respectively. The food looks good too! Perhaps i will try those one day

If you are looking for the good and affordable western restaurant, you might at the right place as Aston is famous with it's good price and food. The restaurant is located at the shop row behind the Malaysian food street beside the USS. You may find it is quite difficult to access if you are not familiar with place. I would advise you, just walk through the Malaysian food street and go to the back door and Aston will be at your right side corner.Food are standard as usual but the service there might be not good compared to other branches.We order grilled fish with herb and 3 chicken set with different flavor. All came with two side dishes along. We also order their mushroom soup with garlic bread. The garlic bread is so crunchy and tasty.

Aston at RWS provide a great dining option to the travellers and guests there. It is tasty, economical and I do really like the ambience of this outlet. Was there for lunch and there wasnt many people in the restaurant.A main and two sides at only $8.90 for grilled chicken and lemon chicken; and $9.50 for herb grilled fish is so value for money. As for sides, my personal favorites are the pasta salad, mash potato, onion rings, baked potato and mac & cheese. We also ordered a seperate alacarte order of onion rings at $2.30, portion very little though. Astons is one of my favorite western food hangout. Love the food there, it never disapoints!

After whole day at Universal Studio Singapore , finally it time for dinner. I and my friend head to Astons for our dinner I ordered Black Pepper Fish, with 2 side dishes, Coleslaw and Rice while my friend ordered Teriyaki Chicken with potato salad and onion rings. We loved their meal dishes very much , once the food is done cooking the food are being served hot. The employee, waiter and waitress there are very polite and courteous to us.
