We were heading for Batam, so didn't know what to eat before boarding ferry, walked pass Breeks and saw that there wasn't a queue so give it a try. The place was neat and clean. We ordered Grilled Dory with Spaghetti.Grilled Dory fish is too salty for my liking. Pasta is overcooked and the topping mushroom sauces is also not so fantastic. Portion of vegetables was also little. Regret.

Breeks serves average western food along with well-known chains like New York New York. I wanted to have some dessert so I stopped by Breeks and had their brownie with vanilla ice cream. Brownie was cakey and not very warm when served, and the serving was a little small. The vanilla ice cream tastes like your average ice cream, and the chocolate sauce drizzled over it was overly sweet when eaten together with the ice cream and brownie

We just got back from Batam and as we reaches Harbourfront Centre at around 6.30pm, we decided to have dinner around the area. Breeks seems to be less crowded and we decided to check it out.My fav cheesy waffle fries! Great but seems too stingy with the cheese sauce.Seafood Marinara~ pasta with an assortment of grilled seafood serve in marinara sauce. Great!Beef Lasagne~ not too bad, a well blend of thick tomato puree with fragrant ground beef. But too much of cheese gave me a negative feel after eating too much of it. A disappointing dessert! The brownie is hard and stiff, not being warm up till the right temperature. Texture is too floury and no chocolate taste!

Went to lunch over at breeks with my parents after shopping. The restaurant offers a western kind of menu. They have many items on their menu, from chicken, to fish, to spaghetti. I like their ice passion fruit drink, it taste really good and refreshing! It is not too sweet which i find it really great. The restaurant can get full when it is near to meal time. DO be there early to avoid the queue.

The large slice of ham served during their breakfast hours is quite tough and abit tasteless. Moreover, it almost like taking them years to prepare and serve the food. Although I have only ordered a simple ham and egg set, it almost took them more than twenty minutes to serve you the foods. Worst part is the long wait does not justify at all after had a 'just alright' breakfast. May not be considering coming here for my next breakfast gathering with my family.
