This stall is always so long queue and I was really glad that I only queue for five minutes before is my turn to order my favourite hokkien mee. Priced at $4 which is reasonable as the portion was quite alright as well. THe noodles are fragrant and full of the prawn stock in it. The sotong and prawns in it are very fresh and chewy. Love those sambal chilli paste which is fragrant and spicy, goes very well with the noodles. Stall owner service was alright but not really that friendly. Stall is abi dirty, I suppose. continue reading

Just had my lunch in this food market and have order ed the black carrot cake from this food stall. For merely $2 per plate, price is reasonable and portion is quite alright as well. The carrot cake is very soft and full of the sweet sauce and chilli paste fragrant. Can taste the fried egg pieces which make the carrot cake more fragrant as well. The stall is small and clean, the packing aunty is quite friendly too. continue reading

I like to eat Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle very much thus my expectation of it is quite high. I went online to research for nice Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle in Singapore and came across this outlet at Ang Mo Kio. I immediately went down to eat the very next day. There was suprisingly no long queue during the dinner time. I slurp down the noodles and they were very delicious and the prawns were fresh too. continue reading

The FoodI ordered the Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle and has been cooked till the noodle absorb the fragrant soup and nearly dried up. The soup was flavourful, rich with pork and prawn flavours. In this dish besides the noodles, there was squids, pork belly slices and very fresh prawns. The ingredients and the noodles were cooked perfectly with the right heat. The ServiceAs I went on weekends afternoon, the queue very long as need time to cook the noodlesThe AmbienceAs the stall is in hawker center, i find that the place was well-ventilated and not stuffy The PriceI ordered the $4 and the portion is just nice. They have price range of $3, $4 $6OverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this! continue reading
