Signature Dishes
Heard some of my friends saying that this stall satay is very nice. Yesterday, I happened to visit it when I was there with some friends, so ordered some chicken satay from this stall. Unfortunately, it was not as what I expected like what my friends was saying. I personally feel that the chicken satay itself very bland and not much taste, and must be paired with a lot of satay sauce which got some pineapple puree in it. Only with that, then it tasted better.

I was in Newton Food Centre and wanted some chicken wings. The barbeque chicken wings are by themselves tender and quite well grilled. The skin was appropriately charred without being overdone on most pieces and was thus tasty. But I felt that the wings were rather too small as compared to other stalls from the surrounding tables. All in all, not bad, your average hawker chicken wings.

Was here with friends for supper. I have not been to Newton Food Centre for a very long time. My parents used to bring my siblings and me for supper when we were young. It was the time when you can see many stalls hanging pictures taken with hong kong celebrity. haha..Anyway, we wanted to have chicken wings and satay, so we decided to get some from this stall since they were selling both! Both the chicken wings and satays were delicious. It was very well marinated and it was tender and juicy on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside. Its simply yummy!
