Introduction
Lauded by Condé Nast Traveller as one of the World's Best Beach Clubs, Tanjong Beach Club is a serene sanctuary located on the finest sun-soaked stretch of sand in Sentosa. Designed to straddle the line between indoors and outdoors, the beach club takes its cue from the seaside homes of yesteryear, mid-century modernism and nostalgic maritime influences. On weekdays, it is a peaceful hideaway from Singapore's concrete jungle, offering a slice of tropical paradise mere minutes away from the heart of the city. Over the weekends, the club transforms into a celebration of vibrancy and living a life more carefree. Take your pick from the lively string of parties running all year round, adorn yourselves with specially curated accessories from The Beach Shop and prepare to dance the night away. continue reading

Read more at http://www.foodesteem.com/2015/12/tanjong-beach-club-coastal-cuisine.htmlTanjong Beach Club is one of the Bistro-cum-Bar situated at the end of Tanjong Beach in Sentosa. A stone throw away from the carpark, Tanjong Beach Club has a setting of a normal restaurant, and also a beach-bar like.Tanjong Beach Club's menu has All-Day and also Brunch. Although brunch is only available during the weekends and public holidays, the All-Day menu is quite enticing still.Root Beer Float ($10.00). Normal rootbeer float of IBC root beer and vanilla ice cream, yet charging at 10 bucks? Well, this cup of drink is pretty huge compared to the usual type.USDA Angus Prime Ribeye ($55.00) with chimichurri sauce. As usual, I ordered it to be cooked rare, but the result is quite disappointing, considering the price paid. Overall is still passable but will not be in my recommendation list for the steak-lovers.Traditional Eggs Benedict ($24.00), with two poached eggs, smoked bacon, toasted English muffin, and hollandaise sauce. When you are spoilt for choice, the most basic brunch item in the menu is always the best!Truffle Fries ($15.00). Lacking of intense truffle taste, which is quite disappointing.Overall, I don't think it is worth a return visit, as the food is probably just a passable rate, and the price and travelling time spent could be well-spent on another place. Not unless you are already in the area, or wanting to enjoy the beach-side atmosphere with a group of laughable friends.Read more at http://www.foodesteem.com/2015/12/tanjong-beach-club-coastal-cuisine.html continue reading

I'm not a morning person usually but when it comes to beach and brunch, count me in!It's my first time eating literally on the beach at Tanjong Beach Club. There was lots of ang mohs which i feel the staff are more biased to them No one really got us properly seated, order and food service took awhile too Breakfast was great, what surprise me is the avocado and my first time eating it, not as bad as i thought! The bacon was bit hard but overall i love the sauteed mushrooms and scrambled eggs, YUMS! continue reading

Saturday, Lunch! Well, TBC Pancakes, Egg Benedict...etc. Look at the pictures aren't the just glorious? The Scenery and atmosphere is nothing short of being completely relaxing. I automatically make mental comparisons between this current club to the previous establishment, KM8 which served my favourite Sarong Fly, perfect for the hot beach weather. The Tanjong Beach Club serves up delicious food, such as the truffle fries which i strongly recommend. One could expect to pay around $25 and up, use of the pool is free. So this is a joint worth while going to and expect to be trapped there the entire afternoon, you know just chilling!Highly Recommended!!! The only thing lacking is a super special signature cocktail for the beach culture! Lostsingaporean.tumblr.com continue reading

I visited the Dining Room at Tanjong Beach Club with a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and sat outside to enjoy the view of the pool and the beautiful people. Our experience started off relatively well - he ordered Half Spring Chichen (S$26) with jerk seasoning, cooked superbly but with a sauce that was a little bland. I ordered a Tanjong Burger with a side of fries (S$25) and a Tanjong Salad (S$19). The fact that both dishes bore the name Tanjong seemed to have a certain significance since both came out superbly. The staff, however, was a bit slow in their delivery of the food to our table and in bringing us our final bill. They misplaced our change and were reluctant to apologize, when their error was brought up to the manager's attention. All in all, the food is worth the hit-or-miss service, but come prepared for a very long lunch or dinner! continue reading

Had brunch with my girlfriends over the weekend at this place. The service, the ambience and most importantly, the unique proposition of being located on Tanjong Beach are all the factors that brought us here.We went there couple months ago and the brunch menu selection are quite limited compare to now. I had a berry pancake, which serve nicely with syrup while the rest had salad and burger. We also ordered lobster pot pie which is their signature dish in tbc, Not as good as i expected, just an ordinary pot pie which makes it more premium by using lobster meat. We also had the calamari which i think is the best thing so far, crispy and chewy inside, not too oily and serve so well with their home made sauce! We spend about 30++ each pax including drinks, not too expensive with such atmosphere. Im looking forward to their new menu continue reading
