Wonder Buns is known for its freshly baked Cinnamon Soft Buns, with different 15 varieties with toppings such as cream cheese, roasted pecan, almond, and chocolate fudge and has a small outlet in the mall. But what catches my eyes is the Vanilla Custard Bun selling at $0.50 each. It looks small and soft, dusted with powered sugar on top. The bun is very soft and the filling is not too sweet with melt in the mouth feeling. Overall it is cheap and tasty. continue reading

My brother and sis-in-law brought a box of wonder buns when they came over today! There was a range of flavours like the cream cheese apple, blueberry, strawberry etc. Being a fan of chocolate, I tried the double chocolate cinnamon bun! To my surprise, it was yummy! Not to mention that I also like the taste of cinnamon, this combination of chocolate chips on chocolate sauce and cinnamon is perfect! continue reading

Went Funan and chance upon this stall call Wonder buns ... variety of flavours to choose from in the showcase. I choose peanut with cream cheese and chocolate peanuts for Goh. Love the peanut taste and it goes well with the bun as for Goh he love the chocolate too and I steal a bite of it but I feel is a bit too sweet for my liking. The buns is fluffy and soft! continue reading

I was looking for something to snack on and I chanced upon wonder buns. It reminds me of chewy junior, similar concept, but they offer cinnamon buns instead of chewy cream puffs. They also have a variety of flavours to choose from. I decided on the cheese and almond one, which I think costs about $1.50. It was quite small though. The cream cheese was quite thick, and goes well with the almond flakes. continue reading

Wonder buns has a wide variety of flavour of buns to choose from. I had a Banana wonder bun and it doesn't give me much satisfaction. The bananas placed on top of the bun give the bread natural sweetness and moistness. However, the banana slices on top of the bun was too thin to give the bun any banana taste and moistness. The bun was also quite small and it was rather expensive being priced at $1.50. Quite disappointed with it. I think it might be better to choose their cream cheese flavoured types as i can see a nice dollop of cream cheese placed on top of the buns. continue reading
