Red-lish Char Siew looked delicious, in fact it was. Roasted pork was great with crisp skin and nice ratio of fat. The gravy just simply poured on top of rice, it was the style of the food here. Too bad, the soup was too oily, I was not able to finish it up. Chilli was special recipe from the boss’s previous generation. Rice was full of fragrance, it well-matched with the pork very much. Because of I choosed to add one more dish, it was slightly highin price, $4.50 for mine.
