As the hawker center was really crowded, so I decided to buy back and eat the kway chap at the comfort of my home. The different types of pig intestines and pork meat offer in the package is quite alright and taste is passable. However I cannot find any special 'x-factor' in it. The hard boiled egg can be marinated with the dark sauce for a longer hours, which the one they have are still not absorb with the full flavour of the sauce. Generally is still alright since I did not pay their kway chap at too high price.
