so this was handmade if you couldn't yet tell?the fishballs were roughly shaped. but of similar sizes. so what about the taste?the balls were springy with a QQ texture.but i liked the meatballs better.the meatballs were unique and i could taste a lot more flavour in these.the broth was clear and definitely light.there was a sweetness that tasted artificial though. seasoning guys? continue reading

i ordered the laksa from yong hua delights fishball delicacy. Apparently this stall was pretty popular as there was a queue for their food. The laksa is really good. the gravy was the highlight of the dish, it was so thick and creamy. it was not too spicy in my opinion. The coconut milk fragrant made it taste even nicer. they are very generous with their tau pok and ingredients. The noodles was cooked perfectly, it was chewy and goes well with the laksa gravy. It was indeed hearty. continue reading

I ordered the fishball mee pok from this stall. It was really good, flavoured perfectly. The mee pok was much slimmer than the normal ones. The mee pok is cooked perfectly, not overcooked and it is very chewy. the meat ball is pretty unique. It is very juicy. their fishball is very bouncy, the texture is just really nice. The minced meat is cooked well too, goes well with the noodles. As a whole, the portion was really very filling. continue reading

As i was running late, i decided to order a packet of fish ball noodles back to the office. Even though the noodles were packed, it still tastes nice and the noodles do not stick together. The fish balls were nice and Q and complements the noodles well. continue reading
